Job Description

We are seeking a Project Cost Control Analyst to support cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial accuracy across multiple engineering and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project proposals and compare original budgets with revisions
• Compare proposed staff rates to actual project rates
• Advise project managers on corrective cost control measures
• Prepare cost reports and monitor variances
• Review subcontractor budgets vs. actual costs
• Identify project overruns and recommend solutions
• Maintain project charges aligned with budgets
• Prepare and finalize invoices with all supporting documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Project Administration
• ICMA/ACMA preferred
• 3–5 years of project controls or cost control experience
• Strong cost analysis and financial management skills
• Knowledge of EVM & PMBOK principles
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Experience with engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
