Project Cost Estimator entry level

Position Summary:

NK Cabinets, Inc. is looking for an entry-level cost estimator to help assist and support estimating operations.

Generate accurate take-offs and sustain existing client relationships.

Job Description:

· Review bid documents and submit RFQs/RFIs as necessary.

· Use estimating software and tools to prepare accurate material and labor estimates for review.

· Use resources available to research materials and costs.

· Relay all project data to project management team upon award.

Preferred Education and Skills:

· Associates or bachelor’s degree.

· Knowledge of architectural millwork/cabinetry or construction.

· 1-2 years of experience working in a related field.

Required education and Skills:

· Team player

· Detail oriented

· Willing to learn and ask questions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when necessary.

· Impeccable multi-tasking, problem-solving and negotiation skills with an orientation to timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
