We are looking for the following individual to fill a fulltime need:

Designer/ Architect in Orange County, California

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR Designer/ Architect
Bachelor of Architecture
Licensed Architect with State of California license or NCARB Reciprocal
Skilled in the use of AutoCAD and MS Office Suite

EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excellent English communication skills; ability to speak, write, and understand the English language

Preparation of Design and Construction Documents and Specifications

Excellent Verbal Presentation Skills

Report and Technical Writing Skills

Ability to understand and to perform Best Practices in our profession

Understand and Employ Standard Building Techniques

Experience in Residential Architecture

Entitlement Submission and Approval

Detail Oriented

Occasional Use of Personal Vehicle Required

We provide small and large project services to a wide range of clients including homeowner associations and pharmaceutical companies. There is the possibility of client meetings several nights per month and some days where you will not be at your desk. The ideal candidate is articulate and holds a passion for the profession. The ideal candidate is as self-starter, can work efficiently with little supervision and is looking for increased responsibilities that are earned through proven competence.
