Project Director – Luxury Hospitality & Entertainment Projects | Saudi Arabia

A prestigious contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the execution of mega-scale luxury and hospitality developments , including 5-star hotels, high-end resorts, entertainment parks, and lifestyle destinations .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-profile hospitality and entertainment projects—from design coordination and planning to execution and handover.
• Oversee all project phases to ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage cross-functional teams, international consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Liaise with developers, operators, and stakeholders to align project goals with luxury brand standards.
• Drive compliance with safety, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Director managing mega luxury developments such as:
• 5-star hotels & resorts
• Theme parks or entertainment complexes
• Mixed-use hospitality destinations
• Minimum 15+ years of industry experience , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role on large-scale hospitality or entertainment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the GCC or Middle East highly desirable.
