About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale infrastructure project within a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) environment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, high-value projects and providing strategic direction across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and strategic oversight for major infrastructure projects in a PPP environment.
• Manage project planning, design, procurement, construction, risk, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure project goals related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance are achieved.
• Drive coordination between consultants, contractors, government authorities, and private-sector partners.
• Lead high-level reporting, contract administration, and decision-making processes.
• Mentor senior technical and managerial staff to ensure effective project delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of overall experience in civil, geotechnical, mining, or related engineering fields.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects of similar scope and value within a PPP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Postgraduate degree preferred (MSc, MBA, or equivalent).
• Professional Engineering qualification (CEng, MICE, or equivalent) with at least 20 years of post-qualification experience.

• Proven success delivering major infrastructure megaprojects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of PPP contract structures, risk allocation, and governance.
• Ability to direct multidisciplinary teams and manage large consultant/contractor groups.
• Skilled in strategic planning, project controls, and high-level decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month
