Position Overview

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major ADNOC project. This senior leadership role will initially be based in our Abu Dhabi office, with a planned relocation to an international project location.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and EPC project execution experience-preferably within ADNOC or other major oil & gas operators.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Engineering is a MUST. Minimum Overall 25+ years of experience in execution of FEED / EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 year's experience in GCC region Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects. Project Director will manage development of atleast three ( 3) EPC mega projects or one mega project with value more than 5 billion US$.
