Project Director

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and successful delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project objectives, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the project from construction through handover
• Manage Project Managers, Construction Managers, and departmental heads
• Oversee project budgets, cash flow, commercial performance, and resource allocation
• Monitor project schedules, progress, risks, and key milestones
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and provide strategic guidance to project teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and quality standards
• Resolve high-level technical, commercial, and operational issues
• Drive project performance, productivity, and successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership, commercial, contractual, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project objectives

Preferred:

• Experience in projects exceeding AED 300 Million in value
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations
• Immediate joiners are preferred
