Project Director- Civil

ob Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead large-scale high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have minimum 30 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in high-rise building projects within reputed main contracting companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complete lifecycle of high-rise construction projects from initiation to handover
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure timely delivery within approved budget and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 30 years of experience in civil construction
• Proven track record in managing high-rise building projects in UAE/GCC
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project management principles
• Experience working with major developers and consultants in Dubai

Preferred Skills:

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
