We are seeking a seasoned Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC) to lead large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction initiatives in the energy sector, ensuring world-class delivery standards in Salalah.

Role Overview

The Project Director will oversee the execution of complex oil & gas EPC projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving projects to successful completion. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align project execution with organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project leadership: Direct and manage EPC projects from concept to commissioning.
• Strategic planning: Define project roadmaps, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Risk management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Budget oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team leadership: Mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Director in oil & gas EPC projects.
• Strong expertise in engineering procurement, construction management, and commissioning.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or industry-specific qualifications) are highly desirable.
