Job Summary: The Project Director will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of the Saudi market, including local regulations and cultural nuances. The ideal candidate will have experience in Riyadh's competitive environment, driving projects that align with national development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources to achieve objectives.
• Direct cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee pre- and post-construction activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Handle profit and loss (P&L) accountability, optimizing financial performance and reporting to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and stakeholders in the Riyadh market.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in areas such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), residential, or infrastructure developments.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality assurance protocols and contribute to sustainable practices in line with Vision 2030.
• Monitor progress through regular site visits, performance metrics, and reporting tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management, with at least 5-10 years in a senior leadership role on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Proven track record in infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors, ideally in Riyadh-based mega-projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, procurement processes, and local market dynamics.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating diverse, multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial analysis tools.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
