Project Engineer

Reza Hygiene s eeking a skilled and proactive Project Engineer - Government Contracts to manage and support HAKO machinery, dosing systems, and associated operations across high-profile government projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, client management, and field service, ensuring uninterrupted operations while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HAKO machinery, dosing systems, and related equipment at government projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and project submittals.
• Conduct periodic site visits across major KSA cities (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Riyadh, Dammam).
• Handle highly sensitive client accounts, including Government Palaces (10 sites) and the Haramain projects (Makkah & Madinah) , ensuring rapid response to urgent requests.
• Manage spare parts planning and inventory for HAKO machines at project sites.
• Organize quarterly and semi-annual training sessions for housekeeping, laundry, and machinery teams at client sites.
• Maintain close coordination with clients to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Represent the company in meetings, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations .
• Prepare and submit documentation for Gate Passes and site access requirements.
• Oversee installation plans , coordinate with RCI for product and client concerns, and arrange service visits with 3S teams.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals for recommended systems, machinery, and chemical products.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential sites to expand sales and revenue streams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or machinery installation (preferably cleaning systems, dosing systems, or industrial equipment).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English .
• Ability to travel extensively across KSA.
• Experience handling sensitive and high-profile accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and client relationship skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
