Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building projects to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery in line with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project execution and management.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve timely completion.
• Provide engineering support for problem-solving and technical decision-making on-site.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in high-rise building projects.
• Proven track record in project execution and site supervision.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
