PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Title: Project Engineer

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Summary:

Experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in managing large-scale building construction projects. Responsible for planning, budgeting, costing, supervision, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all phases of building construction projects from planning to completion.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.

Manage cost control, procurement, and contract administration.

Supervise site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design and specifications.

Evaluate variations, progress claims, and contractor performance.

Lead progress meetings and prepare regular project reports.

Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders and maintain strong follow-up on deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.( Masters is a plus )

Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.

Strong background in project planning, costing, and contract administration.

PMP certification is a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and organizational abilities
