Project Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Engineer to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Engineer will utilize advanced construction software and technical skills to facilitate effective project delivery and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Duties

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Assist in construction estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools to prepare accurate project budgets.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update schedules regularly to identify potential delays or issues.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, verify compliance with safety standards, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Utilize Civil 3D for site design review and integration into project planning.
• Prepare reports on project status, risks, and resource allocation for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or as a Project Engineer with a solid understanding of the construction process.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and schematics interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, contract management, blueprint reading, and construction estimating.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute education requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. This position is integral to the successful delivery of complex construction projects by applying technical expertise combined with effective project management practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
