Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our Automation & Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has strong coordination skills, and a basic understanding of data and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Use of basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to monitor performance metrics like
resource utilization.
2. Support the planning and execution of warehouse automation and infrastructure projects.
3. Coordinate with teams to understand needs and align business and technical
requirements, and vendors for timely project implementation.
4. Help identify improvement areas in operations using data trends and observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to logistics or
automation preferred. 1–4 years of years of experience in project or program management.
2. Strong proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non
technical stakeholders.
5. Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on tools, technologies, and
industry trends in data analytics.
6. Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
