Project Engineer

Role Description

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing dewatering projects across the UAE. This role involves managing technical and operational aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Major roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversee and implement dewatering projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements, project drawings, and designs.
• Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers across the UAE.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing and negotiating tenders and handling technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, budget, and safety standards.
• Create, monitor, and adjust work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Record and maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
• Provide after-sales support services and administer client accounts.
• Support the Sales Department by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Identify and solve client problems efficiently to ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical
• Proven experience in dewatering or ground engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of site operations, dewatering systems, and project execution.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
