Project Engineer

We are looking for a Licensed Project Engineer responsible for preparing all necessary technical documentation and obtaining required approvals and permits from relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of complete project documentation. Coordination with authorities and developers such as Trakhees, DCD, Nakheel, Emaar, Shoba, and others. Ensuring all designs and documents meet the requirements of local regulations and building codes. Managing the process of obtaining approvals and permits in a timely and efficient manner. Liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project compliance.
