Position: Project Engineer – Demolition Division
Overview
We are hiring a skilled Project Engineer to take charge of demolition projects, ensuring smooth execution from project planning through site handover. The successful candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing resources, teams, and timelines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Main Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of demolition projects from initiation to completion
- Establish project timelines, cost estimates, and allocate manpower and equipment
- Conduct onsite coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders
- Guarantee full adherence to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and applicable project standards
- Arrange and manage all required permits and documentation related to demolition work
- Monitor daily site activities, resolve issues promptly, and ensure work progresses according to plan
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and documentation for internal review and client communication
- Direct and oversee site teams, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in demolition, construction, or similar fields
- Demonstrated experience in managing demolition or site-related projects
- Strong knowledge of demolition procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Competence in Microsoft Office and project management software
- OSHA 30 or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Valid driving license and readiness to travel to various project sites
