Euro Mechanical is hiring: Project Engineer – Valves Services (Mechanical Integrity Services).
This role plays a key part in the execution of service projects for valves and other services under the Mechanical Integrity Division. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the execution and prompt coordination of projects with clients and stakeholders, adherence to and optimisation of project timelines, effective resource allocation, and coordination of the team to meet client requirements and industry standards.
Principal Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of valve maintenance/refurbishment, testing, automation and installation projects, including site supervision and resource allocation.

Review valve specifications, drawings, datasheets and maintenance procedures; prepare project-specific procedures and method statements in line with API, ASME and ISO standards.

Ensure safe and efficient field execution, coordinating manpower, tools and materials and working closely with QA/QC on inspections, test reports, calibration records and service documentation.

Act as the primary technical contact for clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors, and participating in kick-off meetings, site visits and progress reviews.

Manage project costs and commercials: prepare estimates, monitor expenses vs. budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders, variations and vendor/subcontractor invoices.

Drive risk management and continuous improvement by assessing technical/operational/financial risks, implementing mitigation plans, conducting post-project reviews and exploring future business opportunities at site.
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in project execution in a valve workshop as well as at client sites within the oil & gas sector, with a focus on mechanical integrity services.

Proven experience in the valve service industry.

Strong exposure to turnarounds, shutdown projects and project documentation.
