Project Engineer

Requirements:

• High/Mid rise building projects experience is must
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil)
• Min 4 years in same/similar position
• Min 8 years relevant UAE/GCC experience

Responsibilities:

• Check site surveying and setting out
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Ensure that the necessary technical information is conveyed clearly to the Site Engineer and details produced where required (shop drawings, sketches, etc.)
• Ensure that the project close out effort is well-planned and monitored.
• Ensure that the project mobilization effort is well-planned and monitored.
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Raise RFIs where necessary.
• Ensure implementation of all aspects of Project Inventory control.
• Assist with client payment demand valuation details.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external).
• Study of Project Contract Documents and tender / contract comparisons.
• Input, awareness and implementation of the QHSE policy
• Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Construction Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
