Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating technical aspects of projects, bridging the gap between design, execution, and delivery. The role requires hands-on problem solving, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to streamline workflows.
• Monitor progress and prepare project reports, ensuring timely updates to management.
• Support procurement, cost estimation, and resource allocation activities.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during design, execution, and installation phases.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions in project delivery.
• Estimate quantities and raise requisitions for materials.
• Track delivery and consumption of materials to minimize wastage.
• Manage subcontractors’ work progress and verify their bills.
• Support procurement by evaluating material and vendor quotations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain records of drawings, site instructions, material receipts, and work progress.
• Assist in preparing project status reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering discipline.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in project execution ( Construction related experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
