Project Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to oversee infrastructure projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion within budget, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining compliance with technical standards. This role demands strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to solve challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, prepare material submittals, and generate regular progress and status reports.

Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.

Review and validate shop drawings, technical documents, and project specifications for accuracy and compliance with standards.

Identify potential project risks early and recommend practical mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

4 to 6 years of proven experience working on infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Proficiency in project planning software, such as Primavera and MS Project.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
