Project Engineer

Our client, a leading contractor / developer in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Finishes to ensure project excellence, from setting out works to final snagging, while maintaining top-tier quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure precise setting out of works according to contract drawings and program requirements.
• Conduct phase inspections with consultants per project specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate all site activities, subcontractors, and foremen.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, and material quality with detailed daily records.
• Ensure all works meet contract quality standards for structural, architectural, and finishes activities.
• Manage and document inspections, tests, and quality control processes (ITRs, NCRs, test reports, MIRs).
• Prepare progress updates and weekly reports for the Project Manager.
• Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and ensure client satisfaction on handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6-8 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in the UAE.
• Experience with luxury villa projects is mandatory.
• Previous employment with a leading contractor or developer.
• DM-approved Engineer with a G+4 license (preferred, not mandatory).
