Project Engineer

INTEGRA AGRICULTURA Y TECNOLOGIA is a leading greenhouse developer specialized in turnkey agricultural projects with decades of experience originating from Spain. Our operations span across Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and various countries in the Middle East.

We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Agronomist Engineer with expertise in Greenhouses and irrigation systems for agriculture to support ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, supervise, and commission irrigation systems for protected and open-field agriculture.
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Conduct irrigation system evaluations, water balance studies, and fertigation optimization.
• Provide technical support during project construction, commissioning, and operation phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, civil engineers, and agronomists.
• Supervise on-site installation teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Optimize resource use through sustainable irrigation strategies.
• Report to management on project progress and technical performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, MEP Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agricultural irrigation projects, preferably in greenhouses or controlled environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and irrigation design software.
• Strong knowledge of hydroponics, fertigation systems, water treatment, and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Doha, Qatar.
• Availability for immediate start.
