Role Description

The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager in planning and executing construction works by coordinating site activities, reviewing technical submissions, monitoring progress, quality, and HSE compliance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring project delivery in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in construction projects (main contracting, fit-out, or MEP).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project execution methods.
• Proven experience in site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Solid knowledge of project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination with planning teams.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and handover documentation.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and site safety regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Office).
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
