Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering projects from initiation to closeout, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with project team members, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project proposals, specifications, drawings, and reports, and provide regular project status updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions and contingency plans to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor and control project costs, expenses, and resource utilization, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to optimize project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements, and facilitate project reviews, inspections, and audits as needed.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among project team members, and provide leadership, guidance, and support to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
