Project Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer with experience in interior fit-out and civil works to manage site execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely project delivery in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and the ability to handle multiple project tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise fit-out activities
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage material approvals and procurement coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety and Dubai municipality regulations
• Handle client variation requests and site modifications
• Support project handover documentation and snag list clearance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Currently based in UAE preferred
