Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Construction

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Overview:

Responsible for technical coordination, project execution, cost control, and compliance with specifications for interior fit-out projects.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and contract document
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates
• Coordinate Civil, MEP, and architectural works
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
• Prepare method statements, RFIs, and material submittals
• Track variations, VO submissions, and cost impact analysis
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• 3–7 years of fit-out project experience in UAE
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel
• Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations
• Experience in FFE coordination and procurement is a plus
