Project Engineer

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved plans and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors for efficient site execution.
• Monitor workforce productivity and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure proper site organization and overall condition
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Ensure construction work meets engineering standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Assist in resolving any on-site technical issues or discrepancies.
• Support the project manager in planning material delivery, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
• Maintain daily work logs, site reports, and photo documentation.
• Attend coordination meetings with project stakeholders and update on progress/issues.
• Track and report project progress against the schedule.
• Identify delays or risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and minimize rework.
• Report safety violations or hazards to the appropriate personnel immediately

Requirement:

• 3-5Years experience in Contracting and Interior Fitout within UAE
• Knowledge of Civil Construction
• Quality Management and Control
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Documentation and reporting
• Task coordination and ownership
• Scheduling and Planning
