Project Engineer

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that engineering standards and quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise engineering activities throughout project phases from initiation to completion. - Liaise with contractors, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on status, risks, and solutions. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. - Review technical drawings and specifications to maintain quality standards. - Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to meet project goals. - Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and construction issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience with G+1 or G+4 DM Certificate in a similar role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
