Project Engineer

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation in the energy sector to identify a skilled Project Engineer to support ongoing power plant projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems, including static equipment, boilers, desalination units, and storage tanks.

🔹 Role Overview

• Lead and coordinate execution activities for power plant-related projects
• Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, milestones, and key deliverables
• Ensure daily progress updates in alignment with project schedules and planning requirements
• Allocate tasks to site supervisors and monitor execution on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure full adherence to HSE, QA/QC, and client-specific standards
• Coordinate with internal HSE and QA/QC teams to maintain compliance and quality benchmarks
• Provide technical guidance on static equipment, boilers, desalination systems, and tanks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and timely project delivery
• Monitor resource utilization, safety standards, and overall project performance

🔹 Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of experience in power plant operations or related projects
• Strong expertise in static equipment, boilers, desalination systems, and tanks
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical preferred)
• Proven ability to manage site execution, coordination, and reporting
