Project Engineer

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project execution aligns with timelines and specifications - Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery - Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations - Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting to senior management - Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are efficiently utilized - Support in resolving technical issues and site challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Proven experience working with a main contractor is essential - Prior experience on Majlis, villa, or similar cultural/residential projects is preferred - Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and coordination - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
