Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing civil construction projects, particularly in the context of high-rise towers. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of these complex endeavors. Below are the key responsibilities, qualifications, and skills expected of a Site Engineer in this specialized field:

Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Coordination:
• Manage different aspects of high-rise tower construction projects.
• Supervise crew members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare accurate estimates for time and material costs.
• Monitor project progress and quality assurance.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on specific projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues as required.
• Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans related to high-rise structures.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal contracts.
• Communicate adjustments to work schedules to crew members and clients.
• Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, especially with high-rise tower projects.
• Additional Certifications: Possession of relevant certificates or Dubai Municipality licenses may be required.
• Engineering Knowledge: Sound understanding of engineering principles, construction techniques, and design.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Apply logical and critical thinking skills to complex projects.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements.
