Project Civil Engineer (Land Development)

Location: Hilton Head Island / Bluffton, SC (Hybrid)

$65,000 – $75,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Full-Time | Hybrid Role

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Civil Engineer to join a growing team focused on land and site development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in design, engineering analysis, and construction support while working alongside experienced engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in CAD design and site layout for land development projects
• Support preparation of engineering reports, plans, and calculations
• Contribute to grading, drainage, and utility design
• Assist with construction administration and project coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Experience or exposure to CAD (AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred)
• Understanding of site development and engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with AASHTO standards is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
