Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer – Construction (Dubai Experience Mandatory)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the Dubai construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with Dubai municipality regulations and safety standards
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Dubai construction industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approvals, and standards
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience working with reputed contractors or developers in Dubai
