Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our reputable Construction Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and project execution, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage site documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and permits.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site or project engineering within the Dubai/UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
