We are expanding our project execution team and looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage and deliver high-standard site operations.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of GRC/GRP/GRG projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and site teams while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for GRC / GRP / GRG works
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely project delivery
• Supervise installation activities and resolve site issues
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Manage manpower planning and site resources effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years GCC experience in construction/GRC/GRP/GRG projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure

Preferred Skills

• Experience in GRC façade / architectural projects
• UAE construction project exposure
• Knowledge of project scheduling and site reporting
• Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams
