💼 Main Responsibilities

Production Equipment & Technical Project Management:

• Manage production machinery and plant equipment in compliance with product/process specifications, quality standards, and operational efficiency targets.
• Contribute to the standardization of technical choices, including installation, maintenance methodologies, and engineering best practices.
• Support in complex technical projects involving installation, upgrades, and modifications of production lines and related infrastructure.
• Ensure all projects meet environmental, health & safety, and quality regulations.
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and timeline tracking from concept to completion.
• Supervise the design phase with internal and external stakeholders including designers, suppliers, and technical consultants.
• Oversee fabrication and assembly activities across internal and global workshops, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation: technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and risk assessments.

People & Team Management:

• Collaborate with the team of technical with clear communication, goal setting, and strategic alignment.
• Support professional development through mentoring, training programs, and competency-building initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote proactive problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and compliance with internal procedures.

🧠 Key Competencies & Skills

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, behavior-based safety (BBS), and incident-prevention protocols.
• Proficiency in quality management systems, customer requirements, and product knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with industrial engineering tools (OEE, KPIs, cycle time, FMEA, control plans, breakdown root cause analysis).
• Familiarity with environmental compliance: air emissions, waste management, water treatment regulations.
• Understanding of predictive & preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and CMMS systems.
• Ability to lead lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Project & Software Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering/maintenance tools.
• Comfortable working with ERP/CMMS platforms, digital systems, and information security protocols.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
