Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations, while coordinating closely with site teams, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution activities
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations
• Manage project resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
• Prepare progress reports and update project status to management
• Handle RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical clarifications
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and billing processes
• Ensure quality standards and HSE regulations are maintained
• Identify risks and provide solutions to project challenges

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in UAE construction/road contracting
• Experience in project coordination and execution
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, RTA, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
