Project Engineer

PROJECT ENGINEER – LPG / CENTRAL GAS SYSTEMS

Al-Abbas Gas Agency LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 - 4 years of UAE experience in LPG / Central Gas Systems.

- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) regulations, standards, and approval procedures.

- Proven experience in LPG pipeline installations, gas tank installations, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and AMC projects.

- Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, technical proposals, material submittals, and project documentation.

- Sound knowledge of LPG materials, valves, regulators, gas detection systems, emergency shut-off systems, and associated equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage LPG and Central Gas System projects from initiation through completion.

- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical evaluations.

- Prepare quotations, BOQs, material submittals, and project-related documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure compliance with DCD regulations, project specifications, and safety requirements.

- Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, material requirements, and project schedules.

- Provide technical support and solutions throughout project execution.
