Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support end-to-end delivery of interior fitout and construction projects across the UAE. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take hands-on ownership of site execution, quality control, subcontractor management, authority submissions, and stakeholder coordination

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site execution of interior fitout works including joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, façade.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution; track RFI and submittal registers.
• Develop and maintain weekly look-ahead programmes; monitor progress against master schedule and report deviations to the PM with mitigation plans.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and labour teams; conduct daily briefings and enforce site discipline, productivity, and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate material deliveries and on-site logistics to prevent programme disruption; liaise with procurement on lead times and substitutions.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and PMC representatives at site level; attend progress meetings and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage the snagging and handover process; coordinate with the client's team to achieve practical completion and obtain sign-off documentation.
• Identify and flag variations, site instructions, and potential claims to the PM promptly; maintain accurate site records to support commercial management.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
