Project Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in roadworks, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Experience working on Aldar projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, project management, and engineering standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee roadworks, infrastructure, and utility construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, resources, and site teams while monitoring progress and resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare progress reports, monitor project costs, and support project handover with complete documentation and inspections.
