Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical, logistical, and execution aspects of aluminum and façade system projects from design through installation. This role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure successful project delivery. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all technical activities for assigned aluminum and façade projects.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, structural designs, and project specifications.
• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce compliance with client requirements, Qatar building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and inspect on-site installations, resolving operational and technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and client updates.
• Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and site execution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade projects within the GCC (Qatar experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems including curtain walls, ACP cladding, structural glazing, louvers, and skylights.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (MS Project / Primavera).
• Familiarity with Qatar’s building codes, safety standards, and quality regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
