Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and execution aspects of aluminum and façade projects from design through completion. A valid Qatar driving license is required, as the role includes regular site visits and coordination with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects of assigned aluminum and façade projects.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and project specifications.
• Plan and manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and complies with client and regulatory specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to streamline project execution.
• Supervise on-site installations and resolve any technical or operational issues during execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular progress updates.
• Assist in material procurement and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Conduct routine site inspections to enforce safety protocols and quality control.
• Provide technical support and guidance to subcontractors and site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in executing aluminum and façade projects within the GCC, preferably in Qatar.
• Strong technical knowledge of systems including curtain walls, ACP cladding, skylights, louvers, and structural glazing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Familiar with local Qatari building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
