Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with strong expertise in aluminum, glazing, and façade works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of façade projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and cost control. This role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver façade systems that meet design and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of aluminum and façade projects from design to completion.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical approvals and inspections.
• Conduct material inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Identify technical issues and propose effective solutions to meet deadlines.
• Support project manager in cost control, material planning, and manpower allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in aluminum, glazing, or façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, and glass façade systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates already in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in high-rise or commercial façade projects in KSA.
• Familiarity with local codes, suppliers, and façade materials.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
