- Manage and execute large-scale construction projects

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians

- Coordinate with clients, architects, and stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards

- Monitor project progress, quality, and costs

- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions

*Requirements:*

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

- 10 years of experience in construction project management

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*Skills:*

- AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction software

- Project management and budgeting

- Contract management and negotiation
