Job Summary:

Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and responsible Project Engineer to manage and coordinate construction projects at site. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and timely completion of projects while coordinating with site teams, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities as per drawings and specifications

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site staff

Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of work

Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards

Manage materials, manpower, and machinery efficiently

Verify measurements, bills, and work progress reports

Identify and resolve site-related technical issues

Ensure adherence to company policies and project budgets

Requirements:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,349.85 - ₹43,822.76 per month
