Project Engineer (Civil and Mechanical (Experienced only))

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our interior fit out team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in construction processes and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards, and local regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Track materials, equipment, and manpower usage
• Support project manager in cost control and budget monitoring
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and approvals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit out projects
• Knowledge of interior fit out methods, materials, and regulations
• Familiarity with UAE interior fit out standards is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of health & safety practices (HSE)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
