Project Engineer - Civil & Façade Maintenance

We're looking for a Civil Engineer to handle day-to-day civil and façade maintenance for commercial and residential buildings.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Façade Management & Inspection

- Conduct routine checks for defects like sealant failure, glass breakage, water leakage, etc.

- Identify root causes of issues using specialized tests (e.g., ASTM standards)

- Oversee repairs, including resealing joints, replacing damaged panels, and addressing structural cracks

- Manage work at heights with strict safety protocols

2. General Civil Maintenance

- Supervise common area upkeep (flooring, masonry, plastering, painting, waterproofing, etc.)

- Monitor external works (pavements, driveways, storm water drains, landscaping)

- Develop preventive maintenance schedules

3. Project & Vendor Management

- Manage contractors, scope finalization, and quality assurance

- Prepare budgets, estimates, and ensure compliance with safety and local codes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 5-10 years in civil construction or façade engineering

- Skilled in AutoCAD

- Strong grasp of material science (glass, aluminium, stone)

- Diagnostic abilities for complex building envelope issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
