Project Engineer - Civil UAE

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UAE Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of UAE experience, including proven work with renovation/Facility Management firms, and a solid background in civil project execution, coordination, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and prepare technical reports, project schedules, material submittals, drawings, RFIs, and project budgets.
• Ensure all project activities comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related technical issues to avoid delays.
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Support project managers in documentation, claims, risk analysis, and variation submissions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Experience working with UAE-based consulting firms is essential.
• Strong understanding of UAE local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA/Trakhees, RTA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Preferred Certifications

• Engineer’s Society Membership (UAE Society of Engineers) – Highly Preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred
• FIDIC Certification – Advantage
• AutoCAD Professional Certification – Preferred
• HSE Certifications (IOSH / OSHA) – Added advantage
• Primavera P6 Training – Beneficial for project monitoring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Civil Project Engineer in UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
• Civil : 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP and Project Engineer related Certification (Preferred)
• DM Certification (Preferred)
